Globe Trade Centre S.A. has
won the first place in the "Big Enterprises" category of the Forbes
magazine's "Most Valuable Firms Ranking". The firm has reached the top
among those Polish enterprises
with the quickest increase in
value, called FORBES DIAMONDS. The FORBES magazine's ranking has been
created in co-operation with DUN&BRADSTREET, the world's leading
provider of business information. Placed at No 1 position, Globe Trade
Centre has recorded a 65% average increase in value in the years
2003-2005.

GTC hailed as WIG20 index best investment in 2006

Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has been found the best investment in a
stock exchange company of the WIG20 index in 2006. Bulls & Bears is
the most prestigious award granted to companies listed on the Warsaw
stock exchange. With 13 years old history and organized by Parkiet
stock exchange newspaper, it has achieved the stautus of
"BusinessOscars".

GTC - SEE Award

Globe Trade Centre
S.A. (GTC) was voted the Best Developer of 2005 in the Europaproperty
SEE Real Estate Awards. The SEE Developer of the Year 2005 title was
awarded to GTC by the jury
of prominent real estate professionals, in recognition of GTC's achievements in Romania, Croatia and Serbia  .

GTC - CEE Developer of the Year 2004

In the 2004 CEE Real Estate Quality Awards, Globe Trade Centre S.A. was
voted the CEE Developer of the Year and the Outstanding Company of the
Year. GTC was selected from 60 nominees, which included developers such
as ING Real Estate, AIG/Lincoln, BEG and ProLogis, by a panel of 16
executives from leading Central and Eastern European real estate
companies. The CEE Real Estate Quality Awards are given to projects,
companies and individuals active in property investment and
development, throughout the Central and Eastern European Region, that
demonstrate the highestquality of planning, leadership and execution.
