GTC Slovakia is a daughter company of Globe Trade Centre S.A. which is one of the leading developers in Central & Eastern Europe. Today GTC is active in nine countries - Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria,Ucraine and since 2006 in the Slovak Republic. Even though the focus of the Company's activities is in capital cities, in Poland GTC has the projects not only in Warsaw, but also in Krakow, Poznań, Lodź, Wroclaw. Czenstochowa and Katowice. The porfolio of the company includes all the types of the projects:
GTC has built up and owns the comercial properties with area of 200 000 sqm. The land portfolio intended for the realisation of new retail and residential investment project is alike effective. It allows to realise the construcion of the area of 1,3 mil sqm.

The company stability
GTC S.A. went public in April 2000 and its shares have been listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange since may 2004. GTC is a member of the prestigious WIG 20 index and the widely followed MSCI internation indexes. In 2006 the company joined the GPR 250 index, being the only representaticve from the CEE region.
