Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has become an owner of the building on Jarošova street No. 1, on August 2008. Administrative building on Jarošova street No. 1 will go under complete reconstruction, which allows for building separate parking house with minimum number of 200 parking spaces. From the overall area for rent 11 000 sqm, 900 sqm is planned for retail and services, the rest is designated for offices. Spaces in category B+ will be equipped with standard what are tenants used to in typical A class office buildings.
